Main technical features of the CH-7:
- Flight range: up to 9,792 km
- Service ceiling: 16 km altitude
- Cruising speed: 0.5 Mach
- Internal payload: up to 2 tons
- Wingspan: 27.3 meters
- Maximum takeoff weight: 8 tons
The CH-7’s design includes a top-mounted air intake and a semi-concealed exhaust nozzle, typical stealth features aimed at reducing thermal and radar signatures.
The stealth configuration allows the CH-7 to operate in highly contested environments without being easily detected.
With the CH-7, China takes another step toward strengthening its modern air warfare capabilities by integrating advanced unmanned systems alongside manned aircraft in a coordinated combat doctrine.
